Project Overview.

GoGet It is a digital platform designed to bring multiple everyday services into a single mobile and web application for users in Tanzania.
The goal of the platform is to simplify how people access services such as transportation, food delivery, and home services without needing to install or manage multiple applications.
LB Digital Solutions developed the GoGet It platform as a multi-service marketplace system, allowing users to request taxis, order food, and book service providers from one centralized environment.
The platform includes mobile applications for users and service providers, along with an administrative dashboard to manage operations.

Strategic Brief.

The client’s vision was to create a localized on-demand service platform for the Tanzanian market, similar to international super apps that combine multiple services in one ecosystem.
To achieve this, the system needed to support several core functions:

  • Booking of home and professional services
  • Real-time order and service tracking
  • secure digital payment integration

The platform also needed to support different user types including customers, drivers, merchants and service providers.

An administrative control panel allows the platform operator to monitor orders, manage users, review transactions, and oversee platform activity in real time.
