Project Overview.

Amos Industries, the producer of LULU Drinking Water, required a structured system to manage its growing production and distribution operations.
The factory was handling several operational processes manually, including raw material tracking, production monitoring, and finished goods inventory. As production volume increased, these manual processes created inefficiencies and limited visibility into daily factory performance.
To address this challenge, LB Digital Solutions developed a custom ERP system for manufacturing operations, designed specifically to support the workflow of a drinking water production facility.
The system connects procurement, production, inventory, and distribution into a single platform, allowing management to track operations in real time.

Strategic Brief.

The objective of the project was to implement an ERP system capable of managing the full lifecycle of water production, from raw material consumption to finished goods distribution.
The client required a system that could:

  • Track raw material usage during production
  • Monitor daily production output
  • Manage finished goods inventory
  • Record sales and distribution activity

The ERP system also needed to support factory staff across multiple departments, including production, warehouse management, and administration.

Execution.

LB Digital Solutions designed and implemented a centralized manufacturing ERP platform tailored to the workflow of the water bottling facility.
The system integrates key operational functions into a unified dashboard that allows management to monitor factory activities in real time.

  • Raw Material Tracking
  • Production Monitoring
  • Finished Goods Inventory
  • Distribution and Sales Tracking
  • Operational Reporting

Custom dashboards provide management with insights into production performance, inventory levels, and sales activity. These reports help leadership make better operational and purchasing decisions.

The result

The implementation of the manufacturing ERP system provided Amos Industries with a centralized platform for managing factory operations.
Key improvements included:

  • Improved visibility of raw material consumption
  • Better control of production output and inventory levels
  • Streamlined coordination between production, warehouse and distribution teams

By consolidating factory operations into a single ERP platform, Amos Industries now operates with greater efficiency and has a reliable system capable of supporting future production growth for LULU Drinking Water.
